You are the domain expert.
For years, most people had to rely on software developers or off-the-shelf SaaS products. Only the largest enterprises were able to afford custom internal tools, and the rest were adjusting to whatever market had to offer.
Today it's okay to have software for just one user and to run it only once, and for that user to best know how it should work.
Not everything requires AI.
Companies throw billions of AI tokens at solving primitive problems over and over again, but most problems don't need the intelligence, they can be solved deterministically.
Use intelligence to write complex code that solves simple problems, then run it without invoking the intelligence at all (or with it, it's up to you).
Don't automate yourself away. Craft a workbench to make yourself more efficient.
